The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we are obligated to refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and, in any case, no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
