Univul A Plus is a safe, modern UVA filter. UVA radiation significantly contributes to skin aging. That’s why providing high UVA protection is especially important to us in our Dayshade products.

Tinosorb S is a safe, modern UV filter that provides excellent UVA and UVB protection (broad-spectrum protection). It also stabilizes other UV filters and works synergistically with them to protect your skin.

Iscotrizinol is a safe, modern UVB filter that also absorbs part of the UVA spectrum. This filter has excellent photostability, meaning it remains intact under UV exposure, ensuring long-lasting protection.

Univul T 150 is a safe, modern UVB filter that also absorbs part of the UVA spectrum.

Ethyl Ascorbic Acid is a specialized form of Vitamin C. It is particularly effective because it does not need to be converted into pure ascorbic acid within the skin. This form is also very stable in creams, allowing it to deliver long-lasting and well-tolerated results. Vitamin C supports collagen synthesis, promoting firm skin. Studies have shown that Ethyl Ascorbic Acid can even help reduce the appearance of age spots.

Panthenol, also known as Provitamin B5, is widely recognized as an active ingredient in wound-healing ointments—and for good reason. Panthenol stimulates cell renewal, promoting the skin’s natural regeneration process. But that’s not all: it also helps deeply hydrate the skin, making it a must-have ingredient in any moisturizer.

Tocotrienols are a specialized form of vitamin E. Their unique structure allows them to integrate exceptionally well into our membrane lipids. This provides long-lasting protection against skin aging, inflammation, and wrinkle formation.

Astaxanthin, derived from red algae, is considered the strongest antioxidant in the world. It protects the skin from premature aging and the harmful effects of UV radiation. Astaxanthin also gives our Dayshade products their red tint.

Carnosine is an amino acid compound that naturally occurs in the human body. It protects our proteins from sun exposure and has a proven anti-aging effect.

Ceramides are special lipids that form the structure of our skin barrier. The skin barrier ensures that no harmful substances penetrate the skin while keeping it well hydrated. This is the key to healthy and therefore beautiful skin. Many skin problems result from a disrupted skin barrier, which can be alleviated by increasing the concentration of ceramides.
